职位信息:
1、负责海外产品的开发,参与规划和完善产品线,及自有品牌的渠道规划和品牌推广;
2、负责新产品前期调研、定位,上市推广方案、新品上市销售预期并协助实施;
3、负责产品卖点的挖掘、包装文案的制作审核;
4、负责和品牌相关的公关活动和媒体宣传的策划与组织实施;
5、拟定有助品牌建设促销活动方案;
6、定期深入市场进行调研,及时跟进指导各项推广方案的落地执行;
7、完成收集整理每月的市场销售数据,定期制定评估渠道促销方案。
Main Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for sales channel planning and brand promotion of Weidendorf;
2.Be responsible for new product launch plan and assist in implementation;
3.Find products selling points, and making/reviewing product packing;
4.Participate in the planning and improvement of product lines;
5.Planning and executing company brand’s campaigns, activities, events, and PR;
6.Draw up plans for brand building and promotion activities;
7.Conduct regular market research, follow up the implementation of the promotion plan;
8.Collect sales data monthly, and make regular evaluation of channels and promotion plans.
任职要求:
1、市场营销管理类或相关专业本科以上学历;
2、具备产品开发,品牌推广、渠道规划经验者佳,5年以上进口产品开发或推广经验;
3、熟悉市场分析及调研工具,具备很强的策划能力,熟悉商超促销运作方式,有渠道规划经验,熟悉促销方式和包装材料运用;
4、具有敏感的商业和市场意识,分析问题及解决问题能力强,具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力;
5、有很强的规划及协调能力,具备良好的沟通合作技巧。
6、年龄28-40(40以上不考虑谢谢)
7、英语专业6级以上。
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, marketing or related major is preferred;
2.Be familiar with brand promotion, channel planning, KA channel operation,and product operation experience; At least 5 years production or marketing experience in FMCG;
3.Master diverse marketing tools, strong marketing/brand developing skills;
4.Be sensitive of market, have strong abilities of resources integration and business promotion;
5.Good communication and negotiation skills.
