Title: Marketing Executive - Brand
Main Responsibilities (Listed below but not limited to)
Assist Brand Manager on daily tasks as required.
Preparation of specific reports as outlined by Brand Manager. This includes depletions, shipments, Advertising & Promotional (A&P) expenditures, and regional promotion analysis and account listings.
Collect, translate and organize winery information in order to update master file. The master file includes tasting notes, winery presentations, brand visuals, brand identity kits and other marketing collateral.
Assist in implementing brand changes including pricing changes, vintage changes, inventory management and other portfolio changes.
Work closely with regional sales and marketing departments to ensure implementation of promotional plans and sales strategies.
Assist Brand Manager in managing organization, implementation and reporting the results of supplier visits to Greater China and ASC staff/customer visits to the principal. This includes drafting the master schedules and following up on all necessary details.
Assist Brand Manager in managing organization, implementation and reporting the results of brand events throughout Greater China.
Assist Brand Manager in managing organization, implementation and reporting the results of PR throughout Greater China.
Assist Brand Manager in working closely with Design & POSM teams to provide clear brief for creative, POSM development and other marketing collateral.
Assist Brand Manager to ensure Education Team’s understanding of brand key selling points, production information and positioning.
Closely monitor and analyze inventory levels. Assist Brand Manager in recommending monthly brand order quantities to optimize inventory management.
Ensure all responsibilities are met in a timely manner.
